Nicole masters with soil

In this webinar Nicole Masters, agroecologist and out-of-the-box systems thinker, will cover the principles of how regenerative soil systems are shaped by our landscape, contexts, and individual philosophies. What drives the engine room of any productive enterprise, and how can changing your mindset and working with your context supercharge your soils? Nicole will cover how to read your landscape health from above, and how to kickstart your soil health program.

Nicole Masters is a globally recognized agroecologist, speaker, and author. She has over 22 years of practical farming and food production experience, with 18 years of experience as a regenerative Ag coach and educator. She is the author of For the Love of Soil: Strategies to Regenerate Our Food Production Systems. Nicole is formally trained in soil science, organizational learning, pattern thinking, and adult education. She has worked closely with diverse production sectors from; dairy, sheep and beef, viticulture, compost, nurseries, market gardens, racing studs, and lifestyle blocks to large-scale cropping. Working with such diverse clients has fostered a broad knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing different production systems. During many of her years as an educator, Nicole has been practically involved in many aspects of food production. She has a U.S. work visa for “An Alien of Extraordinary Ability”! She is an avid horsewoman, musterer, diver, and explorer; splitting her time between North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
